THERAPY RECOMMENDATION

Positive Effects:

  • L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine are essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). They activate mTOR, are indispensable for building and maintaining muscle mass, stimulate gluconeogenesis, insulin secretion and lipid synthesis. They have an anabolic effect. They support leukocyte production, antiviral.
  • Neurodegeneration: Branched-chain amino acids inhibit the absorption of aromatic amino acids across the blood-brain barrier and promote ammonia detoxification, having a neuroregenerative effect.
  • N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) is the rate-limiting substrate in the formation of L-Glutathione. It has an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. NAC activates T-cells. NAC is a nutrient for phase II liver detoxification pathways.

TIP:Can be combined well with Vitamin C 15 g.

Therapy Recommendations:There is evidence that the properties of the substances contained in the product can have a positive effect on health disorders of the mentioned indications:

  • for acute infections (cold and flu season)
  • for chronic infections and their side effects
  • restorative therapy after long illnesses
  • for intensive strength building during regeneration phases, mitotropic
  • for chronic fatigue conditions, chronic fatigue, CFS, burnout syndrome, long-term stress
  • as a supplement in competitive sports, for maintaining and strengthening body substances, tissues, muscles and for faster regeneration, muscle building
  • as part of dietary nutrition programs, such as ketogenic diet, weight management
  • for liver diseases
  • as part of complementary cancer therapy for phenylalanine intolerance

Contraindications:Do not use in children under 6 years of age. In case of impaired kidney, liver, or heart function and in case of albumin deficiency, an adjustment of the individual dose is recommended. Patients taking beta-blockers have an increased risk of a decompensated cardiovascular reaction, as beta-blockers inhibit the effect of adrenaline (emergency medical treatment). Patients with a tendency to allergic reactions and/or with diseases based on histamine release (e.g. asthma) should be asked about known allergens according to the principles of therapeutic due diligence.

Note for Doctors and Therapists:In the case of individual prescriptions, the doctor/therapist determines the indication. The suggestion is merely a recommendation for a therapy option, whereby the dosage and frequency of application are solely at the discretion of the doctor/therapist. The treating therapist is responsible for the treatment and must individually check and assess the respective application for each patient before starting treatment.
