THERAPY RECOMMENDATION

Positive Effects:

  • Riboflavin is a polyphenol. Like EGCG, it is a polyphenolic infusion without Kolliphor!
  • Riboflavin-5-phosphate is the physiologically active form of vitamin B2.
  • Riboflavin, vitamin B2, serves as a precursor for the flavin coenzymes FAD and FMN, which are active components of 60 enzymes. Its involvement in the respiratory chain, the cytochrome P450 system, lipid metabolism, and homocysteine metabolism is particularly noteworthy here.
  • Antioxidant: Riboflavin is involved in the reduction of oxidized glutathione (GSSG) to reduced glutathione (GSH).
  • Adrenal medulla hormones: Supports the formation of catecholamines: adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine.
  • Riboflavin supports the utilization of iron, erythropoiesis.
  • Riboflavin supports the breakdown of purine into uric acid.
  • Skin & Mucous Membranes: Riboflavin supports the skin and mucous membranes, and is used for angular cheilitis in combination with vitamin B6.
  • Liver detoxification: Detoxification of xenobiotics, drugs, pesticides, carcinogens.

Therapy Recommendations:There are indications that the properties of the substances contained in the product may have a positive effect on health disorders of the mentioned indications:

  • in the context of photodynamic diagnosis and therapy; PDT laser: blue. In addition to its use in tumor therapy, the photodynamic procedure can also be used against nosocomial infections and multi-resistant bacterial infections, as well as microbially associated biofilm infections. Oncological: skin cancer; non-oncological: periodontitis, fungal keratitis, chronic borreliosis.
  • for mitochondrial diseases and lactic acidosis.
  • after severe illness or surgery.
  • for depression, fatigue, burnout, CFS.
  • for oxidative stress.
  • for iron deficiency anemia.
  • for the therapy of CHD, high blood pressure, elevated homocysteine levels.
  • for peripheral neuropathies and muscle weakness.
  • for leaky gut syndrome, seb. dermatitis, glossitis, skin scaling.
  • for bacterial infections, activation of phagocytosis.
  • for migraines, in combination with magnesium.
  • Eyes: improvement of eyesight, cataracts.

Contraindications:Do not use in children under 6 years of age. For impaired kidney, liver, or heart function, and for albumin deficiency, an adjustment of the individual dose is recommended. Patients taking beta-blockers have an increased risk of a decompensated cardiovascular reaction, as beta-blockers inhibit the effect of adrenaline (emergency medical treatment). Patients with a tendency to allergic reactions and/or with diseases based on histamine release (e.g., asthma) should be asked about known allergens in accordance with the principles of therapeutic due diligence.

Note for Doctors and Therapists:In principle, for individual prescriptions, the doctor/therapist determines the indication. The suggestion is merely a recommendation for a therapy option, with the dosage and frequency of application being solely at the discretion of the doctor/therapist. The treating therapist is responsible for the treatment and must individually check and assess the respective application for each patient before starting treatment.
