Infusion duration:  45 - 60 minutes 

Build-up phase (weeks 1–3): 2 x per week for initial support of tendons, connective tissue and structural resilience.

Stabilization phase (weeks 4–6): 1 x per week to promote regeneration and stabilization of connective tissue metabolism.

Maintenance phase (from week 7): 1 x every 2–4 weeks for long-term support of tendon function and structural resilience, especially with regular physical activity.
